Advantage Storage

I wanted to leave a review about my experience with Advabtagr Storage in Allen, TX. I used this facility for 2 years and had a temp controlled unit. The staff has been very helpful and kind when I would call. When u went to empty my storage space to move my things to my home state, they were very helpful. Also, I’ve heard other storage facilities had issues with mice and bugs. My items were stored for 2 years and no traces of any bugs or mice in my items or in the facility. Very clean and complimentary carts and dollies to be able to move my items. I’d use them again and wished they were here in my home state.

Tanner has really been very helpful and accommodating especially as I navigate & navigated a highly personal situation that adversely impacted my finances! He reassured me that the Advantage business & pricing model wasn’t greedy like the competition which was a huge relief within itself!! Wishing Tanner and the Advantage staff a great New Year!!

Talk about easy! I did all my research online, checking locations, availability, and pricing. Then I chose this one. Folks in the office are extremely patient and helpful. The units are clean, and doors to units function well. And this is because the on-site personnel actually do care about their customers, so they accomplish whatever it takes to keep things going smoothly. Notes: This location is on a busy street in an active area, which I like. Interior and outdoor accessible units are available. The office takes cash or credit cards, and rent is month to month. All rules are very clear, and they'll provide paper copies or email copies of documents you sign. A disk lock is required, but buy yours at a hardware store or online as the ones they sell in the office are not that durable (plastic and metal keys). Parking is okay, but not especially easy if you're driving a giant truck. A large pickup truck would be fine, though. Overall: recommended!
