Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage. The location was safe + the staff was great. My only reason for the 4 star is a lot of my boxes were infested with tiny bugs (dead and alive) (Note: I did have my stuff there for several months on the first floor but not exterior facing so i’m not sure if that’s normal but it did make the unpacking process longer bc i had to sanitize everything + only unpack while outside.)

I walked in to just inquire about units, and I was greeted by Nathan, he walked me up to the unit, showed me around, got me setup, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. This is probably the best storage unit I've ever had, its inside, safe, locked with a bluetooth password thats on my phone, they even provide loading carts. I just want to say that Nathan is amazing and always helpful, you don't see that often. Thank you Nathan and team! -Flash

Terrible Experience!!!! Unit rent went from a reasonable $68 a month to almost $120 , everything except this increase in monthly rental fee is done by email, The increase in payment was notified through direct mail to the address I moved out of… was told by management “that’s just the way it” is no resolution would be sought to keep my business- BEWARE!!!!
