The worst customer service! I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding the unit I rented for a week now. I left voice mails and then I finally got a text message saying the unit is not ready!!! I rented the unit on the 24th just for them to tell me is not ready. Its been a week!! Then why would I paid a month of rent if I can’t even use the storage. This is ridiculous maybe y’all shouldn’t put costumer service is priority in your website when in reality is not. Or put somewhere in the website that units are not available!
