Run away from this place as fast as you can you will save your self time and money. Disrespectful management and employers who don't care about you the customers. I get paid the next following day when the late fees is added to your bill and told the manager I get paid the next day once a month and can you guess work with me and she was the rudest person I've talked to at a business in a long time and told me they will not work with me. So that should tell you so much right there what to expect from here. I went from paying 50 some bucks shy from 60 a month when I first got the unit last year. And no I'm paying 168 a month with that late fee charge and the sad thing is after I asked them again about the late fee charge they raised the rent on me to try I hurt me more or to make an example of what happens when you ask them for something. I also have a pole in the middle of my unit which I've asked for a different unit 6 times now and got ignored when I talked to the district manager who told me yes the ppl at the office says no. Trash is everywhere as soon as you pull up to the doors at every door. No bathrooms, no lighting in the unit at all. They provide carts to use but only have 3 if they all have the wheels on them which they usually never have all 4.

This place is terrible they doubled my rent then a few months later raised it again with no reasoning of why. I called to cancel and move my storage because I cant afford this. I just paid for a whole month and they told me they do not prorate or give me any money back.
