Affordable Self Storage

Clean out my storage until and moved out on time. Only to be told I wouldn't get my deposit back because I never paid one. Watch is funny because I know paid a deposit. Even funnier when I informed them we were moving out two week ago, the lady on the phone said your get your deposits back once your until is cleaned out and key return. Just call then to find out why I haven't received my deposit back. The lady on the phone said oh we just say that to people so they leave the until clean. We dont actually charge anyone a deposit. Funny seeing how I actually paid the deposit when I signed up for my until. Asked for a email copy of all payment info paid on the until. Guess what.. never received a email back.

I have used this facility several times and have ALWAYS had a great experience. The units are clean and easy to access. The office personnel are very professional and helpful. The owner is very responsive. I will use them again if I need to store more items.

5 stars. great customer service. secure location. clean. and affordable just like their name says. would definitely rent from them again whenever i need another storage unit.
