All American Moving and Storage

Terrible company. If I could I will give zero. This guy name Chad such a rude person. Rise the price after loading. We want to cancel it he said that he will not return the goods. We agreed with one whole truck and he brings a truck that is already with goods inside. Please any avoid this company. I have the prove of the DOT that he send. I believe the other bad review is true. This is there US DOT No: 2811689

All American Moving is hands down the worst moving company imaginable. From start to finish, their service was unprofessional, dishonest, and downright stressful. They promise reasonable quotes but then scam you with surprise fees that can be thousands of dollars above the original estimate, demanding extra payments right in the middle of your move. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Calls go unreturned, and no one seems to know where your belongings actually are. The movers themselves were poorly prepared, they didn’t even have uniforms. They looked like random guys off the street. On top of all that, many of my belongings arriving damaged or missing entirely, with no responsibility taken by All American. The whole experience was financially and emotionally draining, I recommend you avoid this scammy broker at all costs. This company does not value customer service, honesty, or respect for your belongings. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable mover instead.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After the furniture/boxes were picked, I was told it would leave from FL a few days later. A week went by and no communication. I was supposed to pay half upfront and half when the furniture was delivered but they demanded money before the furniture arrived or said they would leave it at a storage facility in NJ (my furniture was going to MD). Boxes were damaged upon arrival and the packing in the truck was haphazard. See pictures below. ***** I am reposting this review after feeling bullied to take it down. I first posted the review and got a text from the company saying I lied (just see the pictures.). The moving company and someone named Chad then posted a review about me on an old Zillow profile I had. I am not a real estate agent (and never actually practiced) so clearly it's just retaliation. I would not feel safe around these people. Be Careful.
