From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. Sandra is truly the heart and soul of this location — she runs her team with efficiency, empathy, and a level of customer service that is simply unmatched in this industry. Moving is stressful — we all know that — but thanks to Sandra and her staff, my experience was smooth, organized, and even pleasant (something I never thought I’d say about moving!). She greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my needs, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right equipment, the best rates, and the peace of mind that everything was under control. She explained every detail with patience and clarity and made sure I left feeling confident and supported. Her team was equally impressive. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — whether it was guiding me through the truck rental process, helping me select the right size storage unit, or simply offering moving tips that made a big difference. I have been a loyal tenant at this location, renting my unit for the past five years without any issues until now. Unexpectedly, I was subjected to discriminatory treatment and unjust expulsion by CRISTY, who reportedly holds a position of authority within Broward County. Without any warning or valid reason, she proceeded to forcibly evict me from my unit, denying me access and even going as far as to record me inside the premises without my consent. Despite my attempts to engage with CRISTY in a respectful manner to address the misunderstanding, she has displayed a confrontational and uncooperative attitude towards me. She made baseless claims about the contents of my unit, particularly regarding the alleged presence of a bedroom, which is entirely false. My unit contains personal belongings such as tools, clothes, and furniture, but it has never served as a place of residence for me. It has become apparent that CRISTY has taken a personal vendetta against me, demonstrating a clear intent to force me out of the property. Her unwarranted actions and threatening behavior have created an environment of fear and intimidation, leaving me with no choice but to seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I kindly request your immediate intervention and investigation into this disturbing incident.
