Very easy to work with and they provided a quick resolution to a few minor issues I had accessing my unit. I really appreciated their customer service each time I called and it was helpful to be able to complete the entire rental process over the phone.

As first time RV owners we were concerned with safety and security. Paul was honest and respectful during the process. He answered every question. Took the time to have numerous discussions with us. I found this storage rental very affordable. The unit I rented was very clean and easy to access.i have to say the locks made me feel my stuff was safe it would of been hard to cut the lock off of these units.i will be using them again if I need a storage unit in the future.Thanks for the very friendly experience..
