Caitlin was super helpful, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The process to get a new storage unit today (12/13/25) was easy and affordable. I love how it’s monitored/secure. They have an elevator so renting a unit on the 2nd or 3rd floor is easy peasy too. They also have flat bed carts that are to make your life easier….so convenient and appreciated. I had a great time and an awesome customer service experience. (Both ladies were great 😊). I would recommend Storage Rentals of America. They are Awesome Sauce!!!!!🇺🇸

Wonderful check in experience. Caitlin was amazing and extremely friendly. It was all clear and concise. She covered all the bases and then some. The unit is easy access, clean and no issues to report. Thumbs up!!!
