All Secure Storage

New owners took over. I owned a building which was 22B took pictures of before. I Rent it. at the building. Took pictures of after And before My notice to the previous owners was out by October 16th, like I said, I would be sent pictures to the manager. Still have not received my deposit back. This is not a very good company to work with. So anybody else that has to go through these people? I suggest you don't go through them. This lady That manages it. lives in Tennessee. That's the manager claims that she does not have my address. But unfortunately I received the letter that they sent out on the 6th of October so how do you not have my address to send my deposit back? If I do not have my deposit in 10 days of 10 bucks. I will be putting this online. In one of the days I was moving my belongings out . Had a man. Block me and my daughter-in-law in the storage building walked up. Looked around to see what he could see in my storage building would not identify herself. Until I politely asked the third time. Then the lady on the phone which lives in Tennessee, tried to tell me that I owed for 2 months that I should not be moving my things out. Unfortunately, sweetheart. It's called your thieves and I had my receipt so glad I don't have to deal with you people but again if I do not have my deposit in the next 10 days, I should have already received it and the lady has not sent it out confirmed by the previous owners. Now she's calling my phone wanting to talk about sending me my deposit. You've got my address. Send the deposit, I will be at the Better Business Bureau today on the phone with them. Experience was good. Numbers above storage need to be revived so they are readable. Someone should be on site occasionally.

I wouldn't even give a half star, do not under any circumstances come here, mine and almost everyone else's unit was broken into on the backside, we told them to just fix it and put something up to keep them out, absolutely none of that happened, we'll be lucky to get any money for the stuff that was stolen, the woods behind there has so much of ours and other units stuff all over the woods, do not come here at all
