I have had a storage at this location for over a year, every time I have to get into my unit I stop by the office because their staff is so amazing, especially Missy! I’ve had to rent several trucks over the last year and she is always so helpful and professional. The bad reviews on this page are clearly a disgruntled customer that seems like he was an issue from the start therefore was denied a rental for not following the rental contract, per his own words in his review. Being in a customer service field myself, people need to understand that you don’t get to treat employees horrible and still be treated with respect and use their services. A little niceness goes such a long way. Thank you to Missy and her team for always handling my rentals and my storage unit with kindest and professionalism!
