I Was looking for a secure safe parking place for my truck & trailer in Cleveland tn. Area & After stopping by the office at all safe storage on Guthrie & speaking with the young lady mrs.nora I knew right Away I finally found a safe & secure place & sign up was very easy & simple mrs.nora & mrs.lee are very professional at the office very highly recommended need storage space stop by & see the professional ladies at all safe 👈 👍

I have used All Safe Storage for going on four years now, and I haven’t been impressed. My bill usually comes out (auto pay) each month around the 4th. Today is the ninth so I called the storage facility to make sure something wasn’t wrong and the very rude lady that answered told me they’d sent out an email in July that they had sold those units and there would be a new owner. I checked my email, junk, all different inboxes, and my husband and I both had received nothing. I told the lady that and she said oh well. I asked for the information for the new owner and told her there better not be a lock on my storage unit and she told me if there was one it wasn’t on her. I asked her why they didn’t call or send out letters and she said oh well we sent out emails, we don’t call. I contacted the new owner and was very upset, she was so nice and helpful and told me that unfortunately I wasn’t the only one this happened to. She checked the email address they had sent her and they had it wrong. I even confirmed the email with the woman from All Safe and she said yeah yeah I have that. She did not. She put It down wrong. Thankfully the new owner did not charge me a late fee and was very helpful. Please do not use All Safe, they do not communicate and do not take an accountability for their actions.
