This place is a nightmare. I had a unit on the 2nd floor, and during summer there's no ventilation or anything. It gets over 100° in the units. The floors are plywood and falling apart and absolutely filthy. All of the ceilings are covered in spiderwebs. The lift elevators are always broken. You can only access your unit until 7pm, otherwise they fine you.. for literally no reason. And the office is randomly closed all the time, if it's closed on the day you move out, they will continue to charge you until they reopen the office.. so you need to move out at least a week before the end of the month unless you want to get charged extra.. this place is the worst.. go elsewhere, like anywhere else.

Albigain is such a pleasure to work with. Very easy in and out process. Anthony is an amazing manager always right there for whatever I needed. I would absolutely rent from them again. Very easy process very nice people. I rented the 10 by 30 and it was huge.

Robtastic was a delight, & made the long wait well worth it. He was quite popular and managed just under dozen customers one after the other it was quite the mad house but he dealt with the rush effortlessly. New clients, current clients, one grumpy old man, & at the end of it I still received the new tenant tour. He did a thorough job and was litterally a pleasure to meet. I’m a little bummed he will be returning to his regular Carlsbad Location.. but none the less he’s one of those souls that u meet and the energy is more than just another acquaintance. The unit was cool but he’s the star here, you hve a way with people that will take you far in anything you choose. Hospitality customer service, nothing with guest relations you will shine! Thanks for being the highlight of my chaotic day.
