Extra Space Storage

It's a great place to store your stuff. Good prices clean. There's a restroom here you can use open at a good time. The only thing is is that if you do rent to here make sure you get extra locks cuz it seems like every so often the lock that I put on the storage unit gets damaged or something to where it doesn't work properly I've had this one for about a year and I've got to change the lock twice. Other than that great spot.

I've had a small storage unit here for about a year and four months. My initial fee was $45/month. Within the first few months it doubled. In less than a year and a half- it went up to a little over $120/month. Seems a bit steep for a 5x5 storage unit. An advisory for anyone to be mindful of their advertised low rates.

I spoke with an excellent customer service member by the name of Anthony who was more than willing to assist me in setting up my new storage unit. He was kind, friendly and very helpful in my quest to reserve a storage unit here. I had some extra questions regarding my own personal situation and he referred me to the site manager, Francis. Francis took almost an hour of her time listening and working out our issues that had resulted from the prior owners. I cannot stress enough how much of a breath of fresh air it is to speak to someone so empathetic, human and caring. Her one on one customer service experience set a bar that I am unsure anyone else can meet. Shout out to the manager Francis at Extra Space Storage for being transparent throughout the whole process and taking such good care of us as customers. I would suggest this business to anyone looking for a storage unit in north county, specifically San Marcos.
