Property was very clean! Owners were very friendly and thorough in explaining everything.

The staff was great! They did everything to help us get set up. However, the computer system is a problem and it frustrated the staff and myself. It needs to be more friendly for the customer.

I'm amazed that anyone could give America's Self Storage a bad review. I've been doing business there for years and the property managers are simply the best! It was the first place I looked for a unit, and I couldn't have ever found nicer people to deal with. The facility is clean, extremely well lit, well monitored, secure, safe, offers very good rates, has excellent customer service, and is in a very accessible location.
