Bee Safe Storage

I’m a Bee-liever (believer)! Other storage facilities WISH they were as great as Bee Safe Storage. The facility was clean, incredibly high tech, and impressive. But the staff here were the real stars. Chelsea and Terrence were so friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, made me feel welcome and valued, and were so easy to work with. I’m thrilled with my experience here.

The professionalism and thoroughness that Terrence at the front desk of Bee Safe Storage on Danbridge Road in Burlington, was just what we needed when we were stranded in the parking lot due to our car transmission failure and cell phone failure. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a caring nature as he helped us with the roadside assistance service request and re-checking, as we had a long wait for the tow truck. He even drove back to the parking lot after hours, just to make sure the tow truck finally showed up. We feel Terrence deserves special recognition.
