Dorothy is my absolute favorite. Every time I call and need to talk to her she's just a delight. Gary does such a great job keeping everything on the property clean as well. I've been here since 2011 and even had additional units at different points because of how great it is. Even though naturally the prices have gone up over the years for the units I think it's still the best price around here. Overall always a really awesome experience with them especially Dorothy.

I’ve been a customer for almost 3 years, only leaving due to relocation. But Dorothy, Gary and all the other staff I’ve encountered during our time here has made our stay as easy as can be. They treated me as family. If I ever need another storage unit, I’ll definitely be back.

Dorthy and Gary at American Mini Storage in Escondido are the most professional people I have ever met. Very kinda a polite. I got my first storage today and I’m very happy with my choice. I highly recommend this storage
