The facility overall is adequate, certainly not the best run facility, as they allow tenants to live there, build out apartments and utilize the facilities address as an address to receive mail. One of the residents; unit 104, each morning empties his refrigerator; an ice cooler, in front of his apartment, draining his dairy latent ice water all over the drive; as evidenced by concrete stains in front of the unit; pictures provided. Drove through it one morning while accessing my unit and my vehicle smelled similar to vomit the remainder of the day. This can’t be sanitary nor code compliant. On Friday May 10th 2024, at approximately 7 am, I was driving to my unit to load up for my days work and as luck would have it, 104 was out there dumping his refrigerator, once again. I stopped, watched and waited to see how far and direction his waste water was flowing, so as to avoid it, didn’t want to be driving around smelling vomit all day. 104 took great offense at my watching his ice chest water flow and went berserk on me, threatening me with a profane laced tirade and physical violence. Management opted not to step in and investigate complaint, which was on their security footage and additionally witnessed by another of the facilities full time residents as well. Stay away from 104, as this one is definitely a loose cannon. Another of their full time residents, operates a food service cart; a hot dog and cheese steak vendor, I would imagine with no acceptable food prep area and utilizing hose water to wash dishes for food service. Definitely not wash, rinse, sanitize. I can’t see this as being sanitary nor code compliant either. The facility, though not a diamond in the ruff, overall works and is truly disappointing the management allows this at their facility. I Ended up having to relocate my storage needs to a code compliant facility in the end, as management refused to address and correct these highly probable code deficiencies. Melbourne code compliance division should more than likely be notified. Since in fact management and owner refuse to address any of the aforementioned issues presented.

Hands-down, the best storage place I have ever worked with. Ashley is friendly and professional. She is super efficient and when she says she’ll take care of something she does. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I have recommended them to friends who also have had great experiences.

Wonderful facility. We have 4 units and there often. Prices are the best in the area! They are always clean and management is not only friendly, but able to get things done in a timely manner. Thank you Ashley and Key!
