Great experience with Value Store It Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and really well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the manager Tommy. he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer since 2020. I'm very pleased with the staff and facilities. They have been very responsive and helpful when I needed anything. I've switch between 3 sizes throughout their facility and each time they have been pleasant and helpful on finding a good price and good access from the entrances. The only gripe I have is probably the access to my storage. There is a small window of time you do not have access to your storage unit. But other than that, everything was great. I would recommend this place.
