If I could give 10 stars I would. Rachel in the office is so kind and understanding and willing to work with you on everything. I couldnt ask for a better storage center. The units are clean and super easy to access while still being secure. I love their policies and how eager Rachel was to get me taken care of in every aspect of my account! Thank you guys so so so much! You Rock! If I ever need a unit again in Melbourne, I'm definitely coming back!

If you're looking for a no-nonsense storage facility in West Melbourne, the US Storage Centers on West New Haven avenue is spot on. It's clean, climate-controlled and the location is super convenient. Plus, the staff- Bobby and Rachel, are genuinely outstanding. They bent over backwards to help us get our account set-up as well as going out of their way when we moved-in. They make it easy to pay by giving you 3 different options. In short, it's a great place to store your possessions without any worry or fuss.
