Huge fan of Shelby and the Arborstone team! I was already a repeat customer, and I’m so glad they’ve taken over where I keep my primary storage unit. They are consistently professional, easy to work with, and make the rental process incredibly smooth. Five stars for keeping things hassle-free.

I held a storage unit here for the better of 8 years. When I first moved in, there was a nice old lady named Ann, she lived upstairs on property. When new management came in they let her go. I don't really know why. But I'm allowed my opinion and my opinion is because she was 80 years old, and smoked cigarettes.They probably did not want to take the time to teach her the new computer system. After she left you couldn't make a payment until about 11 in the morning. I used to be able to drop by at 7 a.m. and pay cash because Ann was awake, she was a hard worker. When she left she was so discouraged she didn't know what she was going to do because she told me so you can quote me☹️. The management now it's fair the people are nice but the fence lines could use some massive cleanup it would be easy for anyone to hop over those fences, and I was housing a 1956 Chevy there. But it is a nice looking place. So God bless you Lewis lockup thank you for a clean storage unit, but I wish you would bring Ann back with her old upstairs place again and a raise for the aggravation you probably caused her. Everybody loved her, she was tough but she got the job done and truly cared about her customers ask anyone that used to rent there God bless you Ann.

I love this storage unit...it's very secure and clean. And Ms Becky in the office is really really caring and friendly. Sometimes I drive past and they have a little like Bill board advertising and they will write funny little sayings. I just love this place it maybe just a storage but it's about the people who own it and run it their business that means alot Thank you Ms Becky..Bless you
