Ray Self Storage - Church

Very very pleased with Ray’s Self Storage! Was with them for a year and very happy with the service. The units and facilities are very clean, prices are reasonable, and great customer service. Karen was a super great help with transferring to a bigger unit. Very sweet and helpful lady. Recommended 5 stars!

This place raises rent every few months without warning. It isn't right. I am trying to keep my stuff here. I've downsized because rental rates on the larger unit were more than $20 every few months. The office workers only say cost of living increase. Every few months? My rent never went down. Cost of living fluctuates. So if it goes up it should also come down but doesn't.

I’ve used Burlington Ray self storage twice now, and I couldn’t recommend a better storage company! Great prices, great protection, and friendly faces no matter when you go into office. Incredible people to work with, and thankful to have such a wonderful team local!
