Big Bertha’s storage is the absolute best! The managers are extremely responsive and unbelievably helpful. Nice clean and easy to use facility, in the heart of downtown Charleston. Very reasonable prices. We’ve been customers for four years. Can’t say enough amazing things!

My family and I recently moved to Charleston and after speaking to several storage facilities we came across Big Bertha Storage; where we were greeted with a warm southern welcome. Ham was accommodating and patient with us since our move into town was later than initially planned. I would recommend this locally owned business for all your storage needs in downtown Charleston.

We love the guys here, they are super helpful and wonderful to work with. The facility is awesome! We will be back in the spring when classes end. Thanks for a great storage experience.
