BLUE RAVINE SELF STORAGE

Ive been a customer of Blue Ravine Storage for several years now and i recommend this facility because the on site manager, Kathy, is very polite and kind. Very good customer service!

While the customer service is awesome and Kathy is very helpful and friendly…I checked on my unit and there was water dripping from the ceiling inside my unit. I told them and they brought me a tarp and some objects that stick to the walls to help absorb condensation, but it was too late for my things. I moved out a few weeks later and every single box I had, there were well over 50, was destroyed with mold from the water/condensation. Everything inside the boxes was also destroyed. Family pictures that can never be replaced. My dad’s law school diploma. Clothes and more. I am heartbroken.

When I walked into office, I felt so warm and Cathy was so friendly that I was Stunned!😍 I told her I really had an upsetting 68th Feb 1st Birthday week at a church shelter😡in Rancho Cordova that didn't thoroughly screen some the HART homeless who wanted to get in our van, thinking up a way to be their Uber! Our van is really My hubby's and my Home, but 1 of the bully female homeless wanted her way, but next day, a tiny hole was punchered in my tire at the church! So, still, nobody was getting in our van after I could have hit someone! Lord, I was So🙏gratful when Cathy made a great deal of a FREE month that lighten the load in our van and off my shoulders, which I wasn't even making any room for "tag-a-longs" being disrespectful of our privacy!🙄Cathy made us SO relaxed with her Chua-Winnie, Grace,🐶!
