BlueGate Boat & RV Storage

Securing an rv site was pretty easy. I had just a minor problem getting all the little boxes checked on the application using my cell phone, they were pretty small. Getting in the storage location was very easy and maneuvering in the parking lot was no problem. I able to drive my 38 foot motorhome thru the lot and pulled right into my space.

I love keeping my RV here. Very convenient, easy to start and very helpful. The rv dump station is great, as well as the vacuums and air. I fly in from Portsmouth, NH so landing at Sanford/Orlando is extremely convenient with a 10 minute Lyft ride to BlueGate, we couldn't be happier with all of the convenience and extras they have to offer.

The customer service at this place is horrible. I don’t even think I’ve made it a year but I’m cancel. While I’m trying to cancel. No one answers the phone. No one calls back. No one‘s ever at the office. The gates always broken. I was stuck inside one time for like two hours, ask for compensation no call back no nothing. I’ve been trying to call for a week to find out how to cancel and no one answers. I keep getting the AI generated Amber who tells me she’s sending my information over to somebody. They’ll get back to me as soon as possible and I get nothing. I will stay away from this place. I’d rather park my camper on the street than park at this place. Updated to 2 stars because I met Joseph and he’s an awesome guy and was a lot of help. Wish I met him before I canceled
