Breakwater Storage

I’m thankful to have secured a nice large storage unit at Breakwater. I toured the facility this morning and it’s definitely a step up from a storage unit I had out of state a decade ago. Gloria, in the office, was prompt, helpful and thorough. She is wonderful!

I chose Breakwater Storage for it's close proximity, cleanliness, climate control and the secure access to the facility. What really sets them apart, is the manager Gloria. She went above and beyond that day to help me make my life's "bump in the road" as smooth as possible. She was so pleasant, very thorough, and made this whole dreaded part of the moving process a breeze. I have to add, I walked in while she was calmly handling a tense customer service interaction. Gloria's professionalism and demeanor never swayed and was absolutely impressive to say the least. I cannot express how appreciative I am for finding this facility.

Gloria was great. She is very Professional and courteous. Very helpful in my Family relocating to Cleveland, Ohio. @Breakwater Storage. Clean storage. This is a very nice place. I Love neighborhood.
