Extra Space Storage

This was our second time using Extra Space Storage to store our things. Once again, we had a very positive experience with this facility. The building has always been very clean and easy to navigate. We love that the building is well maintained and the carts are also easy to roll around to help with loading and unloading. The app makes it easy to open/close, as well as, lock/unlock the different access points. Customer service at the Cleveland location (off of Chester Ave) has been extremely pleasant to work with every time I've had questions or a request to modify our account. The most important thing when it comes to choosing a storage facility is that the items are kept safe and secure and that has been our experience every time with Extra Space Storage.
