This location is perfect for all my storage needs also was able to rent a U-Haul at the same locations.the lady at the desk was super helpful and patient .. thanks Tyisha for all your help. I would recommend this place to anyone . Definitely a one stop shop !!

If you guys value your stuff do not go there! Today I have the worst feeling! I went to pick up my Christmas tree! So when I opened that smell and than water every where! I went to talk to guy and said what happened? He told me oh after the hurricane when sent a letter that we never got! But I told him for the past two years you guys called to make the payment and you guys can’t call me for that!!! They don’t secure anything!!! I feel bad and angry at the same time!! I been paying 62+ a month for a Christmas decorations nothing!!

Based on my recent experience..I made an online reservation for a U-haul van. Appointment time was for 11am at this particular location. I arrived 11am sharp to a closed business. Rang the doorbell, called the number on the door & even waited 15 mins just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Business hours stated they’re opened Sunday 9am to 5pm. Ended up calling U-haul customer service and it seemed customer service rep was aware of complaints from this location keeping appointments up to date. I was told to wait until 11:30am and that my reservation would be honored. Business would open at 11:30am. Anyhow, I didn’t wait around and got my reservation transferred to a new location nearby. Such an inconvenience and very unprofessional on their part. Especially running a business for a third party contractor. I guess it’s expected from a business in Newark. My advice to you is book your reservation to U-Haul at an authorized servuce branch. Something similar to the branch on Broadway Ave. in north Newark, NJ.
