Butter Krust Self Storage

Yes, this is my second time to rent a storage unit with Butter Crust self-storage. I want to encourage anyone reading these reviews and needing a storage unit, that this is definitely your go to place!!! I previously had a storage unit for about 1 year and 4 months and let me tell you Scott and Nahemie are always on point with everything that pertains to your needs! They know this business inside and out and can tell you exactly and specifically what size of a unit would best accommodate you! They will definitely give you the best rate possible at the time of your lease, the whole facility is clean and pest free, climate controlled, you have access on your own from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday, they have security cameras all around and within the facility, there are two bus stops right in front of the facility on Ayers arriving and departing right in front of the location and if you're someone without a vehicle, the buses run every 30 minutes, they daily and regularly walk and inspect the entire facility, I personally have witnessed this various times, they make the process super easy, they are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. If anything happens or changes in your circumstances you just let them know and they will do their best to work with you. I highly recommend them and their services!!! ( And by the way they like Coca-Cola and pizza 😃)

I got a storage in September, and everything was going awesome. Now it's about to be February, and 5 days before the bill is due my rent got raised by over $100. That has to be illegal, I am not happy. I am never using Butterkrust storage again. I am also going to warn as many people as I can, for the rest of my life. *Update. The property manager had no idea about the rate increase and contacted the corporate office on my behalf when he saw this review. He agreed that the increase was outrageous and had my rent lowered back down to just a $12 increase, which is much more manageable. Thank you Scott, I will tell everyone how awesome Butterkrust Storage is!

Scott and Mimi are wonderful managers!!! Courteous, friendly and always helpful!! The storage units are always clean, climate controlled and pest free!!! Excellent rates per unit and they always have moving carts readily available which makes moving much easier!! Clean restrooms as well!!!! You have access to your unit from 6 am to 10 pm , 7 days a week!!
