Safe City Storage

Safe City Storage has exceptional customer service. Kevin has consistently gone above and beyond to help us with our storage needs. He has always been professional and friendly, and quick to answer our questions and calls. The storage unit was clean and gated. We are thankful for Safe City Storage and appreciate Kevin (we need more people like Kevin in this world!) He is awesome! We highly recommend them.

I give Safe city storage 5 stars the fact that I rented from the other owners before and the gate was hard to open and close anyone could walk in and out of there now I feel safe going in and out due to gated entry and with the cameras and all the lights I feel like my belongings will be safe there..my Storage unit was very clean Being able to do the paperwork and everything over the phone was so helpful and time-consuming The staff member Kevin was very kind and Helpful

In the 3 yrs ,so far, that I've had my unit, I have always received great customer service. Safe storage has a live representative available to speak with if needed. That has always been respectful and willing to help. I really appreciate that. When I'm there, I feel safe due to the security system and coded gate. I highly recommend safe storage. In case you are wondering ,no, I am not related nor friends. I am a real customer. I have had other units and safe storage has been the best overall.
