Callan & Woodworth Moving & Storage

Initially left a very positive review as we were happy with communication and performance of our moving crew and consultant. On day of move we authorized what the moving company indicated to us at that time was our final payment. We were recently shocked when reviewing our credit card statements to find out that they had made an additional charge of over $900 to our credit card with no notice, explanation, supporting documentation or request for our authorization over a month after our move. VERY dissatisfied after this experience and would definitely NOT recommend.

We needed an entire estate moved out of Laporte and turned over to our children. Darrel helped us work through all of the problems associated with such a difficult move. All of the hardware for different furniture and electronics were sorted into two boxes or were labeled and taped to the appropriate items. Remote controls for different items were also kept straight. Even cheap particleboard furniture was kept intact. Every one of the employees was kind and helped to set up furniture, provided expertise on reassembly. Would recommend them to anyone! This is a full service company, and worth every penny!
