Heather offered to price match another facility, which was nice. Despite their website being just a shell (I had to phone for rates and availability), I was hopeful to support a local business. However when I was unable to leave work to run over and sign a lease the same day, she texted an odd emoji and then snippily retracted her offer. Glad my belongings were not already stored there. Unprofessional, unreliable and just plain strange.

Heather is one of the nicest people, honestly a wonderful business owner, we should be proud she has a business in our community, as it speaks highly to the image I think we hope to portray and is a true testament to the wonderful people living and working in Cameron Park. I had nothing but a truly wonderful experience while storing our stuff here....they are both honest, trustworthy, kind, sincere and hardworking, loved doing business here and I would highly recommend utilizing their facility, not to mention the fair pricing, definitely the best in the area, a winning combination in my mind. Thank you Heather - you are one of a kind, your generosity and kindness is rare ❤

Rescue self storage has been great to work with. Very secure. Small locally owned business. I've enjoyed having my stuff stored here. The owners have been helpful in getting me set up and flexible about move out date.
