I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff took the time to listen to my needs, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and explain everything clearly. What truly stood out was how patient and accommodating they were. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. You can tell they truly value their customers and take pride in what they do. That level of care makes all the difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place that treats you with professionalism, honesty, and genuine kindness! Also special shout out to Karla, Shayla and upper management, they truly are the best!!

Property is clean, well secured and I feel very safe keeping my belongings here. I got the best unit right at the end!! They even provide a dolly to use to load your stuff on making it an easy transition packing my stuff in. So glad I decided to go with Superior Storage! Their name is very fitting

I am thoroughly impressed by this storage facility and staff. I had a great conversation with Jocelyn. She was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all my questions. The facilities are very well-maintained, and I appreciated seeing that they have cleaning services on site once a week. Move in was super standardized and easy. I also love to see the facility accept packages, perfect for the upcoming holiday season! All in all, great facility and would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.
