Cantrell Mini Storage

This is the second year I have stored my boat for the winter hear. The management was friendly and easy to work with both times. They have climate controlled, garage type storage and a lot in the back that's easy to get to and to back your trailer into the parking spot.

Great facility; after a year parking my commercial truck here I have not once felt like security was an issue. I believe being against the river and other rough terrain (except for the gated, code required entrance) contributes to the overall difficulty of break ins, theft, etc.. I cannot speak on the rates of a storage unit, but the gated parking spots are very reasonably priced. Also, Brad, the on-site handyman for lack of better terms, is very helpful and keeps the facility secure and looking nice. Thanks!

The owner and management at Cantrell Mini Storage were great during the Arkansas River flood in June to the renters in their facility. Renting space to people is easy. Helping people during a natural disaster is difficult. They really offer great customer service!
