Absolute nightmare to deal with. Ownership changed hands to an out of state party who does not manage the property and has no contact information. No staff is ever on site. Facilities are poorly maintained. After two months of being out of town, we returned to find that our unit was infested with rats. We moved out immediately and only asked for our deposit back, which was never refunded. Attempts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful. The "manager" is inept and has no answers other than "I contacted accounting and have not heard back".

I rented a Unit from September, 2023 to April 9th, 2025. Besides hiking up the rent, our unit was infested with Rats. Boxes, furniture were chewed and droppings everywhere.

Been trying to cancel this storage unit for over a month and they keep charging me… Nobody responds to my emails. I can’t get through on the phone number. Where do I bring my keys? They charged me last month and they’re charging me again this month, even though I have canceled, nobody will respond
