Excellent service and very clean facilities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. I felt my belongings were safe and secure. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.

Being a customer at this location for over 20 years I am shocked that the NEW owners are raising the price twice in 1 year. So I'm having to move out do to the price increase. There not a 24 hour rep on the location, no property repairs done. The prior owner at less kept the place looking good.

Absolutely horrific experiences from day 1, affordability collided with quality! 1st unit assigned occupied, dirty and had roaches, could not get into the facility code would not work ; times unit reassigned. Access codes not working. Billed over the amount quoted for lock rentals that were not mine. Refused to pay the inflated bill. Then received a late fee and overlock. Could not get access to clothing for several days!! I’ve never experienced a more mismanaged company in my 55yrs of living! If the hassle of moving wasn’t so great, I’d grab my belongings and move to a different facility.
