Carolina Storage at Ramsey

Today we visited Carolina Storage on Ramsey St, and Katie assisted us. She was extremely helpful, and her customer service truly stood out. I always make decisions based on how someone makes me feel, and she completely won me over! If you’re looking for a great place to store your belongings, this is it!

Katie was amazing and the facility was the best I’ve been to in Fayetteville. I recommend everyone drop their current storage units and come here.

I was greeted very warmly upon arrival and given a full tour of the property and my storage unit. Donivan took the time to make sure I knew where everything was, explained the access times, provided the gate code, and ensured I had everything I needed before leaving. Her professionalism and friendliness made the entire process easy and stress-free. It was truly a pleasure doing business here thanks to Donivan’s excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend this place.
