I had an outstanding experience with this storage company while renting a U-Haul! From the moment I walked in, Dakota Quijano was welcoming and incredibly well-organized. The rental process was smooth and efficient, and everything from paperwork to vehicle condition was handled with professionalism. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend to anyone needing moving services or a storage location.

Terrible display of customer service from Matthew who expressed he “doesn’t get paid overtime” after expressed a couple traveling 2.5 hrs is coming to take over the unit. They were notified of this well in advance and they made it before the space closed. I advise management to run the camera back at 5:10 - 5:35 to listen to his display of character and disgusting demeanor. I’d never had any issue with this place until today and I am completely shocked and disappointed; I don’t mind updating this if and when management reaches out.

Hands down the best storage experience I've had, love the setup of the facility especially ease of access and gate entry/exit. Special shout out to Liam O, amazing service, super helpful, and definitely inspires me to tell everyone about Pinnacle, thanks again for all your help!
