Excellent, knowledgeable and professional customer service by Angelica, the property manager. She went out of her way to see that we obtained the proper product for the money & convenience. She also recommended the strongest lock. I hope Angelica is up for a promotion ASAP. We are highly pleased with our drive-up unit, it is clean, accessible & convenient. We also love ❤ 😍 💖 the fact that we will get a rebate of the monthly fee if we stay less than the full month! That is unheard of, and very much appreciated! Kudos, owner & staff! Paid for a unit for over a year. Was convenient and generally good customer service. However, moved out early Jan . Was told to pay the full month and would receive a credit for unused portion within 7-10 days. Did not get the refund. Have called 4 times to no avail. Just keep getting excuses.
