Cheapo Self Storage

We reserved a Uhaul at this location, and our truck did not have the extra items we requested (dollies and furniture pads). Very disappointed and there was nobody on site who could help. Thankfully Uhaul refunded us, but it shouldn't be that difficult to make sure everything for the reservation is ready prior to the scheduled pickup time.

This is an amazing storage facility, my items were completely safe and secure. On the other hand I love it if this facility had more moving supplies for an easier move. with that begging said the free truck rental helped me out a lot. I recommend everyone to come here.

Cheapo storage is supposed to have 24 hour access but that is not completely true. You have to call hours ahead of time to meet them and even when you set an appointment they never show until you have called them several times. They are supposed to have the ability to pay online but they do not. Worst service ever.
