Would never recommend this place to anyone. Their communication is non existent. Been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone to cancel the unit. Phone always goes to voice mail and is never returned. No response to emails or texts. I cleaned out the unit before the end of February but continue to get payment requests.

So far, I was able to get into the gate but when I went to access my unit all I was told was that the combination lock code is PL. I don’t know what that means but the combination lock is a 4 digit code. I paid for a space that I can’t utilize and I’m currently disappointed. I can’t reach anyone or get ahold of anyone. I saw on here that others had to leave a review just to get a response. I’d edit the rating but I do want to be able to use the unit I paid for. ☹️☹️ UPDATE: I have received y’all’s emails for a review but I haven’t received a phone call or email regarding being able to access my storage unit at y’all’s location in Clarksville. My unit is 081. There is a four digit combination lock on the unit and as of now I still can’t access my unit.

I have been emailing and calling and leaving voice messages since August no one calls me back. No one emailed me back. It is very difficult to get in touch with somebody. I don’t know that I would recommend it. They keep sending emails adding late fees and raising my price, there’s a over lock on so I have no access to my stuff but I have no way to pay it because online it says you can’t pay online for this account and on the phone it says I can’t pay over the phone. no one responds to my voicemails and one answers my emails. originally, I pay my billing full, including the late fees and they left the overlook on for an additional two weeks. I told them I would like to be compensated and I got an email saying they were going to reach out to management and look into that and reach back out to me to let me know how much they would take off of my next month bill for the inconvenience but no one ever reached back out to me. On another occasion, someone called I answered the phone told them the same thing and they said they saw the issue and they would take care of it and reach back out. I have not spoken to anyone since then. So I got one email response and one phone call response. This is back in August 2025 and is now January 2026 and I have not been able to get any kind of communication or contact from anyone since then. They’ve called my phone several times, but it’s always an automated system. I cannot get a person I sent an email saying I just want my account to be wiped clean to zero and start fresh because I have no access to my stuff and no one will answer any calls or text and they just keep adding late fees when they haven’t even taken care of the original issue and at one point, I was just gonna pay it all and then deal with it later, but I don’t even have access to do that. I don’t know what’s going on, but this is so inconvenient. It’s almost not worth it being a good price. This is my last attempt to try to reach someone hopefully they’ll see this and respond since no one will respond to me through phone or email. I have three different phone numbers that I’ve called and left messages on countless times. It doesn’t appear to be an office on site. In the message below. I see they told me to go into the office, but where is the office at? There’s a bunch of rental units and then there’s a house up the hill behind the gate. I would’ve went to the office a long time ago, but I don’t see one. I have called the number multiple times from my contract from the website and all of them go to a voicemail. I’ll leave a message and no one calls back.
