The representative was very easy to work with and help me solve a problem that was costing me a small fortune. I definitely recommend this place. Easy to access and not to far away from the downtown area.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Classic Storage on Junction in Detroit, MI. If I could give zero stars I would. The facility conditions were unacceptable—dirty, poorly maintained, and far below what you would expect from a storage company with mice, leaking ceilings, and the great possibility of mold. It gave the impression that customer care and upkeep are not priorities here. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I contacted the accounts department to request a simple payment receipt, Jessie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening and assisting, he repeatedly overtalked me while making condescending remarks, making the interaction stressful and frustrating. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable for any business, he also refused to provide a manager or supervisor to address this issue. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. Poor facility conditions combined with unhelpful and discourteous staff make this a place to avoid.

You suck. I've never had an issue with moving one full cart of things until today. The employee was complaining about elevator use when the old lady was using a walker and clearly couldn't use the stairs.
