I just don't like the customer service. Everytime I call they have to call owner..they can't do nothing but take your money and leave a message to owners and then I got to wait from them to get back to me, SMH..CS is a waste........Fast forward to today 7/13/2023 and once again called customer service just to tell me they have to call a manager and they will get back to me but they don't know WHEN MANAGEMENT YOU ARE HORRIBLE

NOT TEMPTURE CONTROLLED!PRICE IS CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.i came one day and I was sweating bullets inside my unit which is Temp controlled so I called and when they got back to me there answer was crazy.they said they keep the units like between 70 to 90degrees.90 degrees!!!!!! Are you kidding me.i might as well put my items outside! Some of my items melted like candles and I have some extra makeup and perfume.it ruined both.perfume changed smell and lipsticks melted.also good luck getting in and out of this place.its totally compact.if 1car or truck is in NO ONE ELSE CAN FIT.WTH!Who designed this place.PLUS i hope you have excelent balance with somethig in your hands cause the stairs are sooo steep.and good luck with furnature you will have one hell of a time getting anything like a book case or coutch turned and through the door.DONT STORE ANYTHING HERE
