Was sold on the free month and prices until my stuff was eaten by rats & rat urine and feces over everything. I’ve been storing my things there for over a year, check on them twice a month. I was worried when I bought my storage unit seeing the rat traps but figured every storage unit has them. I notified Jerry the owner upon my discover he said they have someone treat the area twice a year…. Well my stuff is damaged & I assumed there was insurance considering the amount I pay and I was never informed or offered the option of insurance. He offered to take my late fee off which comes to the total of what the actual amount of the storage was advertised for but after $20 in fees you’re paying more than advertised not to mention $30 late fees; pro rated. I know this is a popular storage unit and is usually full so I know that maintenance could be a bit better as well as accommodations for incidents as these. I’m sure I’m not the first or going to be the last. I’ve spent over around $1500 in over the year and my items I have stored are well worth a pretty penny which is super unfortunate. Even using plastic tubs, no cardboard, plastic wrapped brand new mattress & hand carved bed, tarped & covered wasn’t even enough. Just be aware. On the good side of things Jerry is super understanding when it comes to payments & late fees. Definitely do yourself a favor and read the FINE PRINT.

Do not rent from them, unless you want to be charged much higher fees than other locations. I was with the previous owners, who were amazing. Now it's mob mentality, and after the 5 day grace period, it's 20% of your fee, which is approx $40 for me. Absolutely crazy for me since I'm on social security only, and paid 3rd Wed each month. I can't get in front of it and late every month. Please check around!
