Cleveland Storage Center

Nice new facility. We rented a space in the climate-controlled facility while waiting to close on a new home. Move-in, billing, and access were easy. Good communication, market-appropriate pricing, and insurance available. The move-out process was also seamless. Both moves in and out were nearly instantaneous. We still have another unit at another location that we are moving things out of. Moving is a pain, but good facilities with convenient locations around Cleveland make it easier.

Great experience renting storage space from Cleveland Storage Center. Always very responsive and very easy to work with. Will use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

Leigh Ann responded quickly to all requests including rapidly refunding the prorated balance after I cleared out the storage unit.
