I couldn’t be more impressed with this climate-controlled storage facility on South Bay Road. From start to finish, the experience has been top-notch. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-lit, and secure, and the climate control is clearly maintained properly—no musty smells, no humidity issues, and everything stored has stayed in perfect condition. Access is easy, the layout is logical, and loading/unloading is straightforward, even during busier times. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful—no pressure, no attitude, just solid customer service. You can tell they take pride in the property and care about the people using it. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed storage solution, this location on South Bay Road is absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing short- or long-term storage.

I had a rough start to my rental because the previous building management company (Store Space) had rented the unit to me but didn't tell me they no longer managed the facility, AND didn't inform the new managers (Climate Smart). So after I moved into the unit, a security lock was placed on the unit and I could not access my belongings. The new manager was very helpful and was able to clear up the situation and I had a great experience with Climate Smart for the rest of my rental period. The facility was clean, secure and well maintained, and convenient to enter/exit.
