Michelle manages this storage facility and she is truly wonderful. She has always been there to help whenever I’ve needed anything, and she goes out of her way to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind — the kind of person who makes you feel taken care of. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I really appreciate everything she does. Highly recommend!
