This storage is scamming their customers. Run for the hills. Whether they are complicit with the robbery of the units or replacing locks to cover up to not have to pay their insurance claims, either way, they are scamming their customers. Also note that security cameras were conveniently not “active” of our unit being robbed according to our police report. Our unit was broken into. The lock was replaced, the insurance the storage unit provides took 8 months to deny our claim due to no signs of forceable entry because of the lock being replaced. The insurance company is terrible that they provide called REPWEST. We sent emails every week with no response. We had over 50k worth of items stolen, and they are walking away Scott free. Hearbroken. Please do not use this facility.

Storage unit is set up fine however the company is clearly just money grabbing and does not give a crap. My rent was originally $29 (for a 5x8)and then only 2 MONTHS later they decide to up my rent by $20 making it $49 and with the minimal insurance required that makes it $60. I don't have money which is the reason I chose them because it was more affordable. But no they will just up your rent without a reason.

I used to recommend this place to everyone i knew. Not anymore. My unit has almost tripled in price, you better use plastic tubs with lids or mice will nest in and destroy your stuff. Called and asked about their "LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEED" sign. Was told to bring in the ad and they would price match, brought it in only to he told that only applies to new customers. What??? Told them I would have to put my notice in and find a new facility and all he said was "ok". Started out paying $49 a month 11/24, then $75 2/25 then $129 since 7/25. Seriously!
