Very kind, personable people work here. I had a reservation from 4pm-8pm for a uhaul van, I did not show up until 4:40pm but they had no problem with that. They said that since the return would be after hours they were just going to set it for 8am the next morning. Well, I sort of got screwed over by my landlord and I wasn't done with it by 8pm that day, nor 8am the next morning. I returned it around 11am. They didn't even mention that it was 3 hours late, they didn't charge me any extra fees, I just handed them my keys and got a receipt by email. Fantastic service, thank you so much!

I rented a unit here from November 2020 until June 2021. Customer service was absolutely wonderful! The staff/manager at this location was very kind and always happy to help. The grounds are clean and well kept. Easy to pay my storage rent online or by phone, from a distance. Highly recommend!

This location is great. The guy who worked there was very friendly and went out of his way to help me during my truck pickup. I also purchased mattress bags from there (very fair price). It beats all the other U-Haul locations I’ve been (in different cities and states).
