Storage Sense - Charlottesville

I have rented from other facilities in town and this place is the best. I appreciate the excellent customer service Brian provides. They keep the facility super clean. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. They have a good number of different size carts available. I also really appreciate that they dont use deceptive tactics with their pricing like some other places in town. The only thing I wish they had that they don't is working front and rear brakes on the cart wheels. The parking lot is not level, especially at the entrance, and the carts like to roll away from me when I have to let go to put in my code or when I load and unload my car. Overall though, I highly recommend this place out of all the options in Cville!

I rented 2 units with Storage Sense. This location is in close proximity to my apartment and is very well maintained. Mr. Brian Williams is amazing. Very polite, professional and kind. Super helpful. I highly recommend this facility. It is Clean a well maintained.
